Simone Biles is enjoying a well-deserved vacation-and has posted all her beach adventures on Instagram. The 24-year-old gymnast just showed her sculptural buttocks and strong legs in a brand new bikini photo dump. She looks very happy and relaxed.

Simone's soft suit is fully displayed, but her 7 million followers on Instagram can only follow her shine. "Enjoy girls, you deserve ❤️🔥🙌🏽," one user commented, while others added "Live your best life!! Just as you should!!!🔥😍."

"Livin bikini loca," Simone captioned her first photo, which shows that she (and her washboard abs) is posing in a white bikini:

Obviously, Simone's Olympic level training made her look so strong-so, what are her gyms? First of all, the gold medalist told the woman's health that she usually spends about five or six hours working out every day. But she did not spend all of her time on the balance beam.

Simone also stated that cross training is a key part of her daily work. "We swim twice a week-almost a mile!" she explained, before the 2016 Olympics. "I swear I'm going to drown, it's too difficult, and then we will run away."

"In the previous year, we rode our bikes 10 miles outside once a week," she added. "If we don't ride a bicycle, we will run a mile before practice, and once we finish a mile, we have to go in for a beam procedure. My legs are definitely jelly."

Simone shared that leg strengthening exercises are her favorite, "because these exercises are easy for me." (Obvs!) "My legs are very good and strong, so I can perform conditioning without too much soreness," she added. However, she doesn't really like abdominal exercises.

As far as her Olympic diet is concerned, Simone said she didn't think too much. "I don't track anything," she told Women's Health. "I eat what I think is delicious, and try not to overeat or overeat, because I'm always in the gym."

Her breakfast is usually a bowl of oatmeal or some fruit, and she admits that "I have never had coffee before." Then, she started practicing. She drank a lot of water and drank a protein shake to help her muscles recover.

Lunch may be takeaway or Simone’s own fast food. "However, if I cook, I usually cook pasta, chicken or salmon in an air fryer, oven or grill," she said. At dinner, she tends to order takeaway. "If I feel a little unhealthy, I will eat pizza or Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken," Simone shared.

"I really like the family restaurants in the area because I think I can get closer to them. I'm not picky. I will try any new restaurant."

As for dessert, Simone will bake. "I bake chocolate cookies myself, and whenever I do, I usually make s'mores cookies," she told WH. "I put a graham cookie on the bottom with marshmallows and chocolate on top, and then I wrapped it in the cookie dough to bake. This is my favorite cookie to bake."

Don't mind me-I'm just taking notes. good to eat.
