Now that we have officially entered the fall, we may have identified our main wardrobe items. My focus has shifted slightly to determining which accessories I need to add to my outfits this season to enhance my style. The interesting thing about the temperature drop is the opportunity to stratify! Scarves, hats and sweaters are my favorite autumn accessories. It turns out that some styles are more popular this season than others.

Before it gets cold and icy outside, a heavy scarf is absolutely necessary. A light-colored patterned scarf is the perfect way to upgrade your gear. In summer, I tend to wear a silk scarf on top of my head, which looks like a beach. But in the fall, I choose to wear these scarves as headbands. In fact, I tie knots under my hair and fix it at the back. This look helps make simple clothes more fashionable!

I added this multi-pattern headscarf to the solid color suit to add unique vitality. Fun fact: the turban was part of the Halloween costume last year!

In addition to a scarf as a headdress, who else can't resist a good ole hat? In warm weather, I often wear baseball caps or bucket hats that are popular recently. Fuzzy Sherpa bucket hats or other insulating materials bring this trend into the fall. Adding a plush bucket hat to any simple autumn look will make your outfit go from good to good. It turns out that the shape and fit of the simple bucket hat are very popular recently, and I came for it. Throughout the summer, I did not hesitate to replace the typical baseball cap with bucket hats on beach days. This fall I am looking for the perfect textured bucket hat to keep me comfortable and stylish throughout the fall!

When it gets colder outside, another fashionable way to keep warm is of course sweaters and cardigans. Although these are actually the main clothing items for fall, they can also be used as fashion accessories. When you are not wearing a cardigan or sweater in the traditional way, just put it on your shoulders and tie your sleeves to your chest to make it unique. Match them with a vest or a simple shirt to add icing on the cake. I tried this style for myself, and like this simple and practical strategy to elevate my dress to such a unique state.

Finally, the key accessory of any season is the staple wallet or handbag. For several days, I have been alternating between a small and long chain wallet because I don’t need to carry a lot of things with me. On the contrary, I have been relying heavily on canvas handbags as my daily bag. I almost carry my handbag with me and throw almost everything in it! As a student, these bags are more popular than your typical backpack for class and errands. Both types of bags have their uses in style and practicality, which is why I think both bags are essential in the fall.

Although there are no photos of my handbag, how I designed my small long chain bag with simple autumn clothes, jeans and comfortable flannel. This small bag was when I didn't have much to bring!
