Chaitanya Pandey shot 69 in the 10-year-old boy age group, 3 under par, and performed a hat trick in the American Children's Golf India (North). The young man won the first and second rounds earlier in October.
Pandey caught six birdies out of three bogeys. He performed exceptionally well in the final stage, catching 4 birdies between the 12th and 18th holes and bogeyed. He is ahead of Arihaan Beri (78) and Siddhaan Chhibber of the United Arab Emirates, who lost to Pandey in the first leg play-offs.
Pandey is considering participating in the American Children's Europe and American Children's activities later next year. Before the pandemic, he was also eligible to participate in the 2019 international competition and won in Europe.

Ojaswini Saraswat from Mohali became the third winner of the youngest women's category.
