Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry threw up brick after brick in a three-point challenge basketball midway game at California’s Great America during a post NBA championship celebration at the Northern California amusement park.
Curry visited the Santa Clara amusement park with his children on Wednesday, June 22 after the Warriors defeated the Celtics to win the NBA championship in Boston and celebrated with a victory parade on Market Street in San Francisco.

Curry went 5 for 12 in Great America’s three-point challenge midway game to the delight of whooping and hollering fans who watched the performance.

“Something wrong with those rims!” Curry joked on Instagram after a video of his theme park midway shooting performance went viral
Warriors fans and foes alike joked online about the futility of trying to win the midway carnival games that award plush toys as prizes.
“Steph proving these games are rigged,” read the caption on one social media video.

Curry tried to keep a low profile while visiting Great America by donning dark sunglasses, a fisherman’s bucket cap, orange t-shirt and surfer shorts – but his unmistakable shooting prowess was hard to mask.
The loud clangs from his missed shots might seem uncharacteristic of the one of the greatest shooters in NBA history, but Curry’s 41.7 percent shooting performance at Great America was nearly identical to his career 42.8 percent three-point average, according to Basketball Reference.
While Curry clanked more than half his shots, he sank all three “black” money balls — proving the four-time NBA champ can make them when they count the most.
The 2022 NBA Finals MVP randomly chose a couple kids out of the Great America crowd to shoot alongside him in a head-to-head challenge. Curry gave the first kid to make a shot a personally autographed Warriors hat.
Curry also signed several Golden State Warrior basketball prizes for future winners of the Great America three-point challenge midway game.
The three-point challenge game consists of three racks of four balls. Each ball is worth one point with the final “money ball” on each rack worth two points.
Curry scored 8 points out of a perfect score of 15 — sinking two regular balls and all three money balls. His prize: A Steph Curry bouncy ball.
Top prize winners will have a choice between an NBA jersey and the Curry-autographed basketballs until they are gone.
In addition to shooting hoops, Curry jumped a bunch of attractions during his visit to Great America with his family, including Lucy’s Crabbie Cabbies kiddie coaster and the Tiki Twirl spinning thrill ride, according to TMZ Sports.
